Service-Based Refunds
- Since our services are custom-tailored, refunds are governed by the stage of project completion:
Before Work Begins:
- Full refund minus any payment processing fees (if applicable).
After Initial Work (Discovery or Design Phase):
- 50% refund if cancellation occurs before significant development or marketing execution.
After Project Development or Execution Begins:
- No refund will be issued once major phases (such as coding) have started or been delivered.
Change of Mind
- We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind after purchasing a service. We encourage clear communication during the consultation phase to avoid misunderstandings.
Service Delivery Issues
